Good white creamy mousse with pale straw base wine colour. Exceptionally fine bead showing good persistence. The nose displays pear top notes followed by some citrus and yeasty brioche characters. Very dry palate, although quite creamy in texture with flavours of citrus, pear, baked bread and yeast lees. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of baked bread, pear and yeast lees.
