Clairin Communal Blend (700ml)

Aside from Agricoles, Clairins are arguably the only white rums worth worrying about. If you can't decide which one to choose, 'Communal' resolves that with a blend of four Clairins: Sajous, Vaval, Casimir and Le Rochers.

Tasting note: Clear. Pungent, fruity-yet-fresh openings turning briney, caney, grassy, evolving white pepper, candle wax and plantain-like scents over 2-3 minutes of swirling… Silky yet concentrated. Off-dry, bready, waxy, briney flavours are perfectly balanced by an invigorating, vibrant finish hinting at prunes, raisins and late marzipan.
