Clairin Ansyen Le Rocher Oaked Aged (700ml)

This is the first aged Clairin to be released from Le Rocher distillery. Each batch is selected by one of the most influential bars on the planet (as noted on the front labels). It spent twenty one months in x-whisky barrels.

Luca Gargano explains, “In our absolutely natural warehouse, built only with stone, wood and earth, we began to age Clairins. In October 2017 we took the Velier Stirrers, accompanied be me, Daniele Biondi and Lidwine Maro, and we got them to taste the Clairins from all the barrels in our stock; each of them chose his favourite”.
