Bright deep straw colour. Excellent uplifted, fresh ripe grapey raisin nose with just some honey overtones. The palate flavours display rich luscious honey grapey raisin flavours - very Muscat like - which is to be expected since it is part of the Muscat family. The nose is lightly fortified and clean spirit has been used, lifting the fruit and providing a good balance between fruit and spirit. Clean finish and long grapey aftertaste. Perfect with berries, soft cheeses and ripe stoned fruits. Extraordinary value for money. Serve chilled.
