Aged for seven months. Pale gold. Nosing suggests butter menthol lozenge, vanilla bean and short bread; this is ultra-pure in the mouth with medium bodied flavours of sponge cake, vanilla and refreshing hints of peppermint / menthol / pine at the finish. Medium long. Easy-going yet moreish. 40% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews... Sip or mix this reposado, which is backed by actor George Clooney. Look for pleasing butterscotch and maple sugar, with just enough spice around the edges to keep things interesting. Finishes smooth, with a cinnamon tingle.
