A classic London dry style with the main balance of flavours between fresh juniper (sourced from Nepal) and a triumvirate of citrus - lemon, orange and bergamot. This extra dry balance is set against a background of rich, woody spice and aromatic floral roots. Raw citrus oils are obtained by cold pressing the peels. Distillation takes place in traditional steep and boil stills. 40% Alc./Vol.
