Borsci Tajga Ananas Pineapple Liqueur (700ml)

The Borsci family has a century old tradition of creating blends of liquors with some of the companies recipes dating back to 1840.

Described by one commentator as “…an explosion of fresh fruits in a sea of frozen vodka” , Borsci’s Tajgà range made its debut at the beginning of the nineties, in a market already overcrowded with fruit liquors and flavoured spirits. Nonetheless, Taigà has climbed up with the best-sellers, becoming the third most appreciated national flavoured vodka in Italy. An experience if tasted straight, the whole range of Tajga products also makes for affordable cocktails.

Tasting note: Clear. Light but attractive nose of freshly cut, unripe pineapple. Barely noticable spirit. The palate flavours are light and straightforward with over ripe pineapple flavours emerging and quickly fading into a short, sweet, clean finish. Faint citrus aftertaste. 25% alc./vol.
