Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets Gin (500ml)

They're known as "the Bonnie and Clyde of the Belgian spirits industry", but the only thing Sophie Gheysens and Thomas Baert will point at you is a glass of their beloved gin. Their reputation references the first spirit they released on the burgeoning Belgian gin market in 2014: Labelled 'Bonnie & Clyde' it was limited to just 500 units and became one of the most sought after spirits in the country.

Following that promising start, Thomas and Sophie have developed a new gin label: 'Blind Tiger'.
The "Imperial Secrets" expression features three black teas: Assam, Cashmere and Yunnan. Other botanicals include juniper, coriander seeds, grains of paradise, angelica root, iris root, lemon peel, bitter almond and lemon grass. The tea notes in this gin are reportedly quite salient, with spices adding warmth and vibrancy. 45% Alc./Vol.
