Grape Variety & their Regions: Pinot Nero from Oltrepò Pavese, Chardonnay from Franciacorta and Trentino and Pinot Bianco from Alto Adige.
Production: The Max Rosè was produced using the Methode Champenoise and was fermented in the bottle. Once in the bottle, the wine was aged for a minimum of 24 months prior to release
Characteristics: The mousse is fine and soft with a persistent perlage. The colour is a rosy Salmon pink and the bouquet is fragrant and lively. There are hints of forest fruits and an aroma that derives from the Pinot Nero grape. The palate is full and broad with good complexity and enjoyable and lengthy finish.
Serve: 6-8ºC
Try With: A perfect accompaniment to antipasti and deserts with a fruit base.
