Brick red colour with deep brick red hue. Medium size bead with creamy mousse. The nose displays hints of stewed fruit and leather followed by a truffle and liquorice end note. Creamy palate texture with flavours of earth and spice with the back palate showing a touch of tarriness over a layer of stewed fruit and liquorice. Soft acid finish.
