Applewood Gin of Pride (500ml)

A special bottling of the product that Applewood are most proud of - their Signature Gin. It accents the tart, bright green flavours of the Finger Lime and then gives a double-tap of savoury Desert Lime. In all, 25 individual botanicals play a part, with aromatic support delivered by Peppermint Gum Leaf, Saltbush, Wild Thyme, Pepperberry, Wattleseed, Anise Myrtle, Macadamia and of course - a solid dose of juniper.

Tasting note: Clear. Warming, junipery nose, rounded out by crisp apple peel and complex citrus. Spicy and tingling in the mouth, this offers a tangy, lively interplay of native notes with hints of crushed gum leaf and subtle anise peaking at the finish. 43% Alc./Vol.
