Tasting note: Made using Tasmanian berries and Albanian juniper, this scarlet ruby red spirit smells and tastes of ripe crushed raspberries. Latent juniper at the finish adds hints of pepper and balances the berry sweetness. Low ABV means you barely notice the alcohol. Try it with a splash of sparkling water or as a substitute for sugary raspberry liqueurs. 30% Alc./Vol.
