2021 Pauletts Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense lemon and lime aromatics jump out of the glass followed by hints of orange rind, distinct notes of talc and subtle steely mineral characters. Mouth watering lime and lemon fruits are underpinned by piercing crunchy like acidity with some chalky talc, wet steel and flinty mineral characters flowing through onto the back half. Finishes dry and crisp with a long snappy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
