2020 Wilson Watervale Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tint to the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense lime and citrus aromas fill the nostrils with orange rind, wet slate and light talc notes also evident. Lime and citrus fruits burst across the palate underscored by green apple, chalky talc and a subtle minerality. Dry crisp finish with juicy acidity and a long scrumptious aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
