2020 Weaver Adelaide Hills Riesling

Fermented in old barrels and aged on lees. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Intense lime and red apple aromas combine with mandarin, orange blossom and hints of honeysuckle. Ripe lime, red apple and mandarin fruits skirt across the palate underscored by infusions of orange blossom, honeysuckle and flinty mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with crunchy acidity and a long finely balanced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
