2020 Seppelt Drumborg Vineyard Riesling

Brilliant water like core with a distinct greenish tinge running around the outskirts. Intense lime and lemon aromas are trailed by granny smith apple, orange rind, flinty steel and mineral notes. Not as tightly wound as is normally the case with this wine, the 2020 vintage is more expressive and opened textured delivering a powerful core of lemon, lime and orange fruits that show great concentration and weight across the palate. Light talc and steely mineral elements lie beneath. Finishes dry with mouth watering acidity and a long intensely flavoured aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
