2020 Paul Conti Chardonnay

Partially fermented and aged in French oak. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe nectarine and melon scents intermix with dried honey and spice notes. Full and round in its feel, juicy peach and nectarine fruits meld into dried honey and spice. Finishes dry with lively acidity freshening up the fruit driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
