Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges. Pungent aromas of passionfruit, gooseberry and green apple have a herbaceous grassy edge with subtle flinty notes also evident. Mouth watering flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry show terrific intensity underscored by green apple, herbaceous grassy characters and zesty minerals. Dry crunchy acid finish with a long scrumptious aftertaste.
