2020 Dalrymple Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Intense spicy dark cherry, subtle violet and anise scents sail out of the glass trailed by earthy forest floor, toasty cedar and fresh herb notes. Supple and savoury, dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours are layered across the light to medium weight palate. Underscoring the fruit are dried herb, forest floor and spicy cedar nuances. Good flesh and power with velvety tannins. Finishes long and elegant picking up a subtle meatiness along the way.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
