2020 Corryton Burge Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris

Bright very pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and ripe apple aromas stem from the glass followed by citrus, hints of honeysuckle and light spice. Vibrant pear and spicy red apple flavours are backed by juicy acidity. Traces of quince and citrus are also evident. Finishes dry with plenty of fresh acidity and an elegant medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
