2019 Voyager Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A blend of 68% Sauvignon Blanc and 32% Semillon. Brilliant water like colour with greenish highlights around the outskirts. Zippy lime and green apple aromas have a herbaceous grassy overlay with asparagus and spicy capsicum also evident. Herbaceous gooseberry, green apple and lime fruits line the palate with a racy feel that’s underpinned by crunchy acidity. Grassy asparagus and light pencil shaving characters add appeal. Dry crisp finish with a mouth watering aftertaste.
