The Tomich family has one of the biggest vineyard holdings in the Adelaide Hills spanning over 320 acres. Within that are 27 individual vineyard blocks each planted to their own terroir. 2019 was a low yielding yet high quality vintage, this Pinot produced with 10% whole bunch inclusion and maturation in French oak barrels.

Easy drinking, fresh and flavoursome, at just $16 this would have to be one of the best value Pinot’s going around.

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. A fragrant mix of violets, dark cherries, wild strawberries, subtle anise, forest floor and delicate spicy cedar scents sail out of the glass. Rich and supple in texture, the light to medium bodied palate is awash with dark cherry and wild strawberry fruits which oversee a back drop of anise, forest floor, dried herbs and gentle spicy cedar. Excellent power wave with very polished tannins and a long moreish aftertaste. Alc. 13% Alc.Vol.
