2019 Tokar Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright red core with subtle tinges of black around the edges and a light crimson red hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry and winter strawberry scents have a meaty clove like overlay with some forest floor and spice notes also evident. Light in body the palate has a savoury flavour profile of red cherries and winter strawberries with a light meatiness, forest floor and spicy herbs in the background. Bright fresh acidity with fine grained tannins and a medium length finish.
