2019 Scout Pinot X Pinot

A Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris blend made in a light, fresh Beaujolais like style. Bright dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant violet, ripe cherry, strawberry and anise aromas are trailed by dried herb and subtle forest floor notes. Light and vibrant in its feel, lively red cherry and strawberry fruits dance over a back drop of anise, toast and spice. Crunchy like acidity provides the finish with some tang and bite. Polished, well integrated tannins with a bright savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
