2019 Rossouw, Gouws & Clarke Pinotage

Deep bright dark red core with black tinged edges and a vibrant purple red hue. Fragrant scents of violets, raspberries and cherries blossom from the glass followed by iron earth like notes and dried herbs. Light, bright and fresh the palate is decorated with crunchy cherry and strawberry fruits which meld into earth, infusions of violets and spicy herbs. Dry finish with lively acidity and faintly rustic tannins. Medium length aftertaste that’s both elegant and fresh.
