Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Nosing offers up a potent aromatic profile of lime juice, granny smith apple and citrus which lead into chalky talc and mineral notes. Racy lime juice and lemon flavours are backed by steely acidity that cleanses the finish with green apple, orange and minerally characters also evident. Dry mouth watering conclusion with a long tangy lime juice driven aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.

This is a delicious riesling, a true rendition of the variety, courtesy of a blend of Rose's lime juice, Meyer lemon, passionfruit and Granny Smith apple held in a fine web of acidity. Time will bring change, but it's a purely personal decision to drink it now or later. Best have a bob each way. Drink by 2035.
