Pinot Blanc is the white grape member of the Pinot grape family and originated from the Alsace region in France. Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Elevated fresh pear and lime aromas are trailed by hints of green apple and spice. Zingy lime and crunchy green apple flavours overlay a citrus and mineral infused finish. Crisp, mouth watering acidity with a long refreshing aftertaste.
