2019 Nintingbool Vineyard Chardonnay

Fermented in both French oak barrels and stainless steel. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fleshy white peach and ripe pear scents are trailed by subtle dried honey, citrusy nougat and spice notes. Showing good richness and possessing a well rounded mouthfeel the palate has flavours of white peaches and pears over light dried honey, faint cashew and spice elements. Good length finishing dry with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
