The Mader domaine is a small volume, high quality wine producer based in the picture postcard village of Hunawihr. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and ripe apple scents show good intensity over honeysuckle, musk and subtle spicy ginger notes. Rich pear, red apple and honeysuckle flavours have a luscious textural feel whilst notions of musk, ginger and spice lie underneath. Finishes off dry with a good lick of fresh acidity and a deliciously long aftertaste.
