2019 Lone Star Creek Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and fresh gooseberries meet up with some herbaceous asparagus and grassy notes. Light across the palate with refreshing acidity, elegant flavours of gooseberry, citrus and traces of unripe passionfruit overlay some light herbaceous grassy characters. Dry crisp finish with a medium length aftertaste.
