2019 Jip Jip Rocks Pinot Noir

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Prominent ripe dark cherry and anise scents meld into spicy vanillin cedar and earthy leather notes. Light to medium weight with a fleshy feel, spicy dark cherry and anise flavours overlay toasty oak and earthy leather characters. Polished tannins with bright acidity. Modest, slightly dryish conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
