Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Scents of pear and red apple mesh with citrus and spice. Openly textured and inviting, delicious pear and juicy red apple fruits meld into dried honey and subtle quince. Finishes dry and spicy with a balanced freshness and long savoury aftertaste that sees the emergence of some subtle spicy dried nut characters.
