Deep bright dark red core with black tinged edges and a crimson red hue. Alluring aromatics of violets, ripe cherries and strawberries sail out of the glass followed by some forest floor, fresh herb and light spicy cedar notes. Delicious ripe cherry and strawberry flavours show excellent fruit purity, intensity and drive over a subtle anise, forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar back drop. Supple yet bright in its feel with velvety tannins and vivid acidity. Long savoury conclusion.
