2019 Cosa Nostra Pinot Gris

Bright straw colour with apricot tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears, apples and quince are trailed by faint honeycomb and spice notes. Luscious pear and spicy red apple flavours mix with quince and traces of honeysuckle. Dry spicy finish with the acidity providing the right amount of freshness. Nicely textured medium length aftertaste that has some lingering spice to it.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
