2019 Brezza Langhe Nebbiolo

This Langhe Nebbiolo is made to enhance the freshness and elegance of Nebbiolo grape with much of the fruit coming from their key cru’s within the Barolo Commune. The fermentation with maceration lasts for 10 days, then it’s left to rest in stainless steel vats for around 6 to 7 months.
Semi translucent bright dark red colour with tinges of black to the edges and a light red to brick red hue. Fragrant scents of crushed rose petals, red cherries and raspberries intermix with dried herbs, light earth and hints of spicy tobacco. Delicious red cherry and red raspberry fruits have a juicy feel underscored by notions of earthy tobacco characters, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Bright acidity and sturdy tannins underpin the fruit leading into a slightly grippy but savoury finish of medium length.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Bright, red fruits, mint and almond, with a tea and floral perfume. Medium-bodied, lively and popping with fresh red fruit, a lick of fine dusty tannin, great energy, and a nice long clean finish. Joyous expression of Langhe Neb, and so good to drink. Drink 2020-2028.
