2019 Alkimi Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with glimmering green tinged edges and a watery hue. Scents of white peach and nectarine are melded to dried honey, citrusy nougat and subtle roasted almond notes. Generous white peach, nectarine and subtle dried honey flavours have a fleshy feel underscored by citrusy nougat, light biscuit and spice elements. Finishes fresh with balanced acidity and a long refined aftertaste. A harmonious marriage of texture, flavour and freshness.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
