2018 Zilzie Regional Collection Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Scents of ripe cherries infused with bay leaf and mint are trailed by light earth and spice. Juicy cherry flavours laced with mint form the core of the palate overlaying scorched earth and dried herb nuances. Slightly dryish finish with grainy tannins, bright acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
