2018 Yealands Estate Land Made Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose throws up aromas of herbaceous gooseberries and citrus alongside some grassy asparagus and capsicum notes. Racy flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, passionfruit and citrus zip across the palate under scored by grassy capsicum and mineral characters. Crunchy acidity finishing with a zesty aftertaste.
