2018 Tomich Hill McLaren Vale Shiraz

Matured for 14 months in French oak barriques. Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum and liquorice meld into toasty oak and peppered earth notes. Medium to full bodied, rich plush dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits are rounded out by vanillin cedar, light earth and pepper. Satiny tannins. Good depth and power with a long sumptuous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
