2018 Tar & Roses Heathcote Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. The nose offers up ripe blackberry, liquorice and black cherry scents which meld into subtlety smoked vanillin cedar and peppered meat notes. Rich blackberry, dark cherry and liquorice flavours fill the mouth over a back drop of smoky vanillin cedar, dried herbs and pepper. Sturdy tannins with a medium length conclusion.
