2018 Storm Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint glimmer of green to the edges. Ripe gooseberry aromas are intertwined with hints of tropical fruits and citrus followed by some grassy asparagus characters. Showing good intensity the palate dishes up flavours of ripe gooseberries and tropical fruits over some lime and light herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
