Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant ripe red cherry aromas laced with violets intermix with strawberry, faint anise, fresh aromatic herbs and spice. Light and vibrant the palate sports a delicious flavour profile of juicy cherries and strawberries infused with fresh herbs over a touch of anise and spice. Supplely textured with a bright finish and velvety tannins. Savoury medium to long conclusion.
