2018 Snake & Herring Sabotage Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tint to the outskirts. Steely infused lemon and lime aromas are trailed by orange zest and mineral notes. Showing razor sharp focus are zippy lemon and lime flavours which intermix with crunchy granny smith apples and orange zest. Dry steely finish with crisp racy acidity the backbone. Long steely, mouth watering aftertaste.
