2018 Sevenhill Inigo Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense lemon and lime scents overlay orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes. Flavours of lime and citrus sit over a steely mineral infused underbelly with notions of green apple and chalky talc also evident. Dry refreshing finish with crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apple and steely mineral characters.
