Pitch black heart with a deep dark purple hue. Elevated scents of plum and liquorice are tied to dried herbs, vanillin cedar, fennel and spicy earth. Medium to full bodied with a fleshy feel, rich dark plum and liquorice fruits infused with dried herbs sit over fennel, earth and pepper. Glossy tannins, good freshness and a polished aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
