2018 Sailor Seeks Horse Pinot Noir

Includes 15% whole bunches. Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Very perfumed the nose has a fragrant bouquet of violets mixed in with ripe cherries and strawberries followed by hints of anise, forest floor, fresh herbs and spice. Very savoury and supple in texture the palate is decorated with ripe dark cherry and strawberry fruits which oversee forest floor, dried herbs, some meatiness and spicy cedar in the background. Beautifully integrated velvet smooth tannins finishing with a long silky aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
