- Cellar Drink Now (2019)
- ABV 13%
- Closure: Diam Cork
Located right in the middle of Provence, between Lorgues and Draguignan, Château Roubine was established in the 14th century, making it one of the oldest wine estates in France.
Made from a blend of 50% Grenache 35% Cinsault, 10% Syrah & 5% Tibouren. Semi translucent salmon pink colour. Very fragrant, the nose unleashes a mixture of peaches, strawberries and musk which overlay watermelon, stony notes and spice. Intense peach, strawberry and light musk flavours have a very smooth feel, gliding across the palate with moreish ease. Watermelon and a subtle stoniness sit beneath. Finishes dry with a lick of fresh acidity and a long seductive aftertaste. A gorgeous bottle of Rose.
