Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, subtle lime and orange blossom merge with hints of mandarin and spice. Nicely rounded yet vibrant in its feel the palate features pear and lime flavours over infusions of orange with a fresh flinty mineral laced finish. Excellent length and concentration. Crisp and dry with a long pear, lime, orange and flinty mineral aftertaste.
