2018 Powell & Son Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a tint of green to the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime and lemon scents meld into hints of orange rind with subtle toasty kerosene and mineral notes also apparent. On the palate there’s good intensity to the lime and lemon flavours which sit over orange rind, light toast and steely mineral elements. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long lemon and lime dominated aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
