2018 Patrick Riesling

Fruit for this wine was sourced from the Coonawarra and Wrattonbully regions. Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted lime and green apple aromas are pursued by citrus, light sherbet and mineral notes. Generous lime juice, citrus and green apple flavours are quite full in their feel with some light talc and mineral on the finish. Fresh acidity with a medium length lime juice and green apple driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
